We are experts in arranging all things outdoors, We provide an amazing outdoor gathering space for groups of all sizes, whether you are seeking to host an adventure corporate & business team-building activity event or organising the Ultimate activity-packed Stag, and Hen weekend. Creating those unforgettable memories for special birthdays celebrations marking 18th, 21st, 30th, 40th, 50th, and beyond. For those Group get-togethers & reunions or simply socializing with friends and family who are looking to participate in the great outdoor adventures to be had in the spectacular Wye Valley.
We have our own dedicated Tipi camping site, (The Tipi Meadows) located a stone’s throw away from the banks of the river Wye in Monmouth providing plenty of space for multiple groups, offering each with their own individual campfires, group shelters, picnic benches, shower/toilet facilities and your tents pitched around in your own camp circle.
Our beautiful Tipi Meadow is managed using a re-wilding approach and is kept natural and green with wildflowers, and views of woodland, set in a stunning scenic river Wye setting. Yet at the same time just a quick 10-minute walk to the historical market town of Monmouth which has everything you need providing good links to the A40 and the local surrounding area of Monmouthshire.

We know the Wye Valley like the back of our hand and how to enjoy it from everyone’s perspective, we know the river Wye too, and all the stop-off destinations along the river between campsites for planning multi-day canoe and kayak trips. As part of your organised event, we can provide fantastically good quality and convenient do-it-yourself BBQ setup, especially for our camping groups, with a local great butcher selection that has everyone impressed and appetites satisfied after an adventure-packed itinerary.
All our bookings are bespoke activity packages and we aim to provide as close to what you want as possible. We have over 15 years experience of organising custom group events, outdoor activities, and tipi & bell tent camp hire environments.

We can also provide and set up a tipi and bell tent event space at a location of your choice offering bespoke pop-up camp space for self-hosted planned events. Our tipi and bell tent private hire services can be to be provided on any suitable site you have permission to use, such as on a campsite, a farmers’ field, or in a private garden setting hosting any group event.
